Dana is our latest addition to our family. She was imported from Italy., her breeder being Mr A Saline Borello (father of  Giorgio Salina - Fairweathers Kennels) Thank you to our dear friends Giorgio & Loredana Salina for allowing this lovely girl to come and share her life with us in Ireland, and for the love and attention they gave her in the first 10 months of her life. As a token of our friendship we used the 2nd half of Loredana name to christen our new baby. When she is good she is called Dana, but when she is bad Trevor calls her Loredana. Dana arrived in Ireland in July 2010 went  to 5 FCI shows in a row , winning her class at each and gaining her Junior Champion Title. She qualified for Crufts 2011, and there she was handled by Giorgio Salina of the Fairweathers kennels, Switzerland where she won her class. In September 2011 having just turned 2 Dana gained her Irish Champion Title with 7 CAC's.(always being graded excellent at shows.).. we are so proud of this little lady.

BEST BITCH AWARD ALSO Judges Critique - 1st McVea’s Ir Ch Very FairweathersTreasure It Imp, Bitch with gorgeous breed type She ticks all the boxes for me good head with a nice broad skull that is of good proportions to her short square muzzle good clean eye both in colour and shape correct scissor bite, good neck that sits well on her well laid well angulated front assembly her bone is very nice her body is well sprung and with a level broad back her rear quarters are well angulated and balanced with her front angles she is nice and compact in the loin well muscled thighs with good turn of stifle, she moves well with reach and drive a presented in good coat a pleasure to award her my BEST BITCH and my RESERVE BEST IN SHOW
